Two ways to submit
Made with TeX2Vid
Fast track
If your render's grounding report shows no issues, submit it from its page under My videos — straight to a moderator, no upload verification.
Your own upload
One extra step
Upload your video in the form below, then confirm it via a link we email to your institutional address before it reaches a moderator.
All submissions are reviewed. Submission does not guarantee inclusion. Community videos appear on ScholarReels after moderation.
Read the full requirements & policy
- You sign in with your institutional account email (university / research institute — personal email accounts can't submit).
- You submit either as an author / co-author of the paper (with your co-authors' permission), or — for an openly licensed paper you didn't author — as a PhD-holding researcher. Either way you attest, under your name and affiliation, that you have watched the video and its claims are faithful to the paper.
- An uploaded video is confirmed via a link we email to your institutional address before it reaches the moderators; a TeX2Vid-rendered video with a grounding report with no issues may be submitted directly for the moderator's review.
- Optionally, an additional PhD-holding reviewer (name + institutional email) who receives a confirmation link and — by clicking it — confirms they reviewed the video.
- An admin reviews and approves every submission before it appears.
